He has the stud book number, M1781, to identify him from other wolves in the program. He lives on exhibit with his two brothers, M1782 and M1783, and a female named Emma in California.![]()
He was born at the California Wolf Center in 2018..He is a![]()
curious wolf and known as a scent marker.![]()
The Center belongs to the Mexican wolf Species Survival Program.![]()

M2031 is a gentle giant. He is a very family oriented wolf and even though he is the largest wolf, he lets his other siblings make decisions for the pack. M2031 is one of 27 puppies! His mother Joy (F1227) and father Bailey (M1139) had 4 litters at CWC and some of their children have been selected to continue breeding as well as been released out to the wild. Bailey (M1139) is the oldest wolf currently residing at California Wolf Center; he is 15 and 1/2 years old! M2031 is most known for looking very much like his mother and passes on her beautiful legacy.![]()
